For out of area couples not within regular driving distance, packages will be formed around specific location
and additional travel pricing may be added.

"Royal Treatment" Package This package helps you from the beginning of your planning process to the day of the wedding. With unlimited face-to-face meetings, together we will develop your budget and the theme/styles to help decide which direction your wedding will go. Assistance is provided with finding and selecting the ceremony/reception location(s), securing and follow-up meetings with vendors, creating a specialized timeline for payments as well as regular reminders (unless you choose to have the coordinator to be responsible for this task), creation of menu and dessert selections, helping with dress fittings and bridal party wear selections, assistance with décor and save-the-date/invitation designs, and arranging guest accommodations and available activities. Aid for your rehearsal and pre-arrangement of rehearsal dinner, and full coverage on your wedding day ensures all transitions between getting ready, ceremony, photos, rehearsal, and after-wedding arrangements (whether honeymoon or local hotel stay) are smooth. Delivery or arranged transportation of gifts and other valuables will be made. | "Day of Luxury" Package This package includes 2 face-to-face meetings (3 for long engagements), and unlimited e-mail and phone contact. Meetings will include discussion of how you want your day to go and collecting details about vendors, seating and guest arrangements, menu specifications, and ceremony/reception decor set-up. Specialized 'day before' and 'day of' timelines will be created based on your specifications, and contact with your vendors the days leading up to your wedding will ensure the schedule is met. Full assistance with rehearsal and directing those involved to the rehearsal dinner location. Entire wedding day overseeing decor is properly placed and vendors are met/ushered to their precise locations ready to greet guests. Bridal coverage will make sure dress and accessories (flowers, veil, etc.,) remain picture perfect. Ceremony music and bridal party is cued according to schedule. Guests are directed for photos and to reception locations. Reception music and new couple announcement will allow bride and groom to focus on their photos and guests. Coordinator will stay on-site so all vendors and guests are content, and arrangements for gifts and valuables will be made according to the new couple's wishes. |
"Sigh of Relief" Package This package is for the bride and groom who have already decided to coordinate their own wedding, but need a little assistance in getting that jump start into all things wedding related. Includes a face-to-face meeting (up to 2.5 hours) and unlimited phone and e-mail contact, to establish a budget and wedding timeline to keep you on track until your wedding. | Hourly Appointments Whether you need recommendations regarding a menu to match your theme, need a second opinion about your invitation design, or even advice about how to appease certain family members who are not getting along too well, we have hourly appointments at a minimal cost that won't break your budget. Hourly appointments are available for brides, grooms, a couple together, or those who already chose a package but would like another face-to-face meeting. |
